If you are looking to lose weight / better your health, then you genuinely need to look no further. Having been 4 stone overweight for the past few years, trying every diet, every healthy recipe book, I just could not control my afternoon and evening carbs and chocolate cravings. This book, within the first few pages seems to re-programme your brain to being unbelievably indifferent to the foods that I found so irresistable before!

I urge everyone to read this book. IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!!

I am in my mid-forties and my weight has been creeping up for the last few years. This is despite never eating fast food or ready made meals. I never touch fizzy drinks and only occasionally drink alcohol. I also run between 20-30 miles a week and yet still my weight was increasing. I knew something wasn't right but it wasn't until I read this book that I realised what it was. If Marissa is correct, and I am convinced that she is, my body simply can no longer tolerate a diet which relies primarily on wheat and dairy. Since cutting these out and replacing with more fruit and vegetables my weight has decreased slowly and steadily, around 14 pounds in 7 weeks. I am about half way to what I would consider to be my healthy size, I am running instead of plodding and my general health and well-being in now so much better. The most important thing is that I feel I now understand what was causing me to gain weight and I now have it under control. The book provides some very powerful methods to make you indifferent to the foods that you previously loved. Therefore there is no sense of making sacrifices to eat this way, quite the opposite. I believe I would take quite a bit of persuading to ever have a latte and muffin for breakfast again.

I brought this book at the begining of the year and put it to one side. Not sure at the time if i really wanted to read it, or had the willpower to give up my very bad diet. I have been over weight since i was a child (now in my thirties), i have always eaten what i wanted, was fat anyway what harm would another chocolate bar/ bag of crisps/ packet of biscuits do! After tipping the scales at just under 20 stone in august, i finally felt ready to do something and picked up "you can be thin". Once i got into the book, i couldn't put it down and 3 months on i have shed 4 stone. I feel fantastic, am never hungry and have loads of energy. I can buy clothes in most shops now, not just the fat shops. I have brought a new horse and got back into riding. The dog has never had so many walks, with all my new found energy. Life is so good, that there is no way the weight will ever go back on and i know i will loose the other 4 stone still to go. Its all from reading this great book and listerning to the cd. Went to Marisa's seminar in London today too, as i wanted to meet her, hear her talk about the book and have a hypnosis session. A wonderful lady,who has changed my life so much. Its your choice, check out the book and change your eating habits for life or stay overweight.

No other book that I have ever read has had such an affect on my life. I have tried every single diet there is going to try to loose weight and have had absolutely no success. I was about to give up and accept that I would be over-weight forever, when I heard about Marisa's book. I read it in one-sitting and have never looked back. I have now lost four stone and have never felt so happy and energetic. Marisa's programme has transformed my relationship with food, this really works and I would recommend everybody to read it.
