this machine is a godsend! My mum bought one first and i used it everyday for just 40 mintues for a month and i noticed that my muscles looked more toned and when i combined it with dieting and swimming i rapidly shed 2 stone in six weeks! If you use the machine alone it tones up your muscles and you also feel quite itchy but that is because your cellulite is breaking up so that when you do exercise you know you are actually burning that fat away! its great!!
