Small enough to tuck into my Diabetic bag it enables accurate weighing of food to enable good control. the fact that it is small can make weighing on the plate difficult but i usually get a small side plate to weigh carbohydrate food I need to weigh. Battery life good. Recommended for Diabetics who wish to keep good control.
